You should have to do very little. We do recommend that you:
- Make sure your contact information is up-to-date by logging into online banking or contacting the credit union.
- Plan ahead and schedule any online activities (bill payments, fund transfers, check balances, etc) before close of business on Thursday, April 28th. Many of our services will be unavailable from Friday, April 29 until Monday, May 2, 2022

NOTE: Consider this upgrade period as you would a federal holiday that falls on a Saturday. When we are closed on a Saturday, those transactions take place the following Monday.
We’ve been working within our new system in a test environment for several months. All of your data has been verified, balanced, tested and reviewed to ensure accuracy.
No. Your Health Advantage account number will remain the same.
However, share and loan IDs will be 4 digits instead of 3 digits to work within our new system. A Zero will be added to the prefix to meet the increase digit length.
NOTE: All ACH transactions, payments or direct deposits will post as normal. There is no need to change or update share or loan ID.

No. We will be changing our online banking and mobile app. They will be unavailable April 29th through Monday, May 2nd. On May 2nd you’ll be able to enroll in our new online banking and download our new Health Advantage FCU mobile app from the Google Play or Apple App store.
NOTE: Custom share or loan account names will not transfer to the new online or mobile banking. We recommend that you note any customized account names so you can update them in our new online banking or mobile app.
Yes and no. You will be able to use your debit card during the upgrade, but there will be limited access to your funds from Friday, April 29th to Monday, May 2nd.
Yes. Your Health Advantage credit card will work as usual.
Yes. However, you will have limited access to your funds from Friday, April 29th to Monday, May 2nd. Deposits will work as usual but may not be available to you until Monday, May 2. You will also not be able to perform balance inquiries.
You will still be able to report a lost or stolen debit/ATM card or credit card. For debit/ATM cards, call 800.754.4128 and for credit cards, call 800.237.6211. Your current card will be canceled, and you will be issued a new card.
No. Our branches will be closed on Saturday, April 30th. We recommend taking care of any branch transactions on or before Friday, April 29th. Our branches will reopen late on Monday, May 2nd
Yes. Nothing is changing with bill pay. Scheduled bill payment will function as normal.
NOTE: Access to bill pay will be unavailable from Friday, April 29th to Tuesday, May 3rd.
Yes. ACH transactions will post as usual. If you’re due to be paid on Friday, April 29, your paycheck/Direct Deposit will be accepted as usual on April 29. Authorized debit payments will have limited access to your funds from Friday, April 29th to Monday, May 2nd, be sure to schedule these payments before or after these dates.
Yes and No.
- The Pay My Loan service is being upgraded to a new loan payment program because the current service is sunsetting on April 15, 2022. Check back regularly to find out how to get your loan payment set up on our new system.
- The Pay My Mortgage service will remain the same.
No. Recurring payment set up to run on Friday, April 29th or Monday, May 2 will post as normal.
Yes and no. Everyone will receive a printed statement for April 2022. After that, you will need to sign up for e-statements once you’re logged into our new online banking or mobile app.
Yes! You can access our website. However, our online banking will be unavailable from Friday, April 29th to the afternoon of Monday, May 2nd
No. Our 24-hour telephone teller is changing and will be unavailable from Friday, April 29th to the afternoon of Monday, May 2nd
Member Services will be unavailable the end of business Friday, April 29th until the afternoon of Monday, May 2nd.
No. Transaction history and statement history will not transfer over. Every member will receive a mailed statement with the end date of April 29, 2022. We recommend downloading any statements you want to keep prior to Thursday, April 28, 2022.
Anything dropped in the Night Deposit box after end of business on Friday April 29th will be processed Monday, May 2nd.

The deadline for wire transfers is 3pm on Friday, April 29th.
Yes. As always, every precaution will be taken to ensure the security of all members, their account information, and records while we implement this new system.
