How do I enroll in ebanking?
Visit our Online Banking enrollment page or download our app and click Enroll.
- Enter your Member/account number, Social Security Number and Date Birth, then Continue
- Choose/Create a Username and Password following the required specifications listed.
- User Name requirements: At least 6 characters, 1 letter, 1 number and no special characters
- Your User Name must be different from your member/account number
- Password requirements: at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character
- User Name requirements: At least 6 characters, 1 letter, 1 number and no special characters
- Choose/Create a Username and Password following the required specifications listed.
- Review and Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Select the button for electronic delivery of estatements and enotices (recommended)
- Select the "I'm not a Robot" box
- Submit
An email will be sent to the email address Health Advantage CU has on file, containing a verification code. It will be from "solutions@healthadvantagecu.com". Enter the code in the popup screen and click submit.
