Our TouchBanking mobile app brings you a fantastic user experience, including a feature that allows you to log-in to multiple accounts using one phone!  You can:

  • View account balances and histories
  • Instant Balance feature lets you view up to 6 account balances without having to login
  • Transfer among your accounts
  • Make loan and credit card payments
  • Pay your bills with free mobile bill pay
  • Apply for a loan

Bill Pay features and benefits:

  • Manage and pay bills online or by mobile to individuals or companies
  • Set reminders to help you track when a bill is due
  • Review payments and bills for the past 84 months under the “Activity” tab in Bill Pay
  • Transfer money from one account to another
  • View eBills in the Payment Center and pay them with a few simple clicks
  • Set up automatic payments to be sent according to a schedule.
  • Change or cancel AutoPay at any time

  1. Download Touchbanking App (by FiServ Inc)
  2. App Code = smartmobile
  3. User Name or Login ID = Your HACU Account #
  4. Password = Your online banking password
  5. Answer Your Identity Question
  6. After downloading the app, you will have a "TouchBanking" icon on your phone. Simply touch the icon to launch the app and input the same password that you use for online banking and you'll be ready to go!

Additionally, if you have the ability to browse the Internet from your phone, you can use our WAP site - our mobile ready website - by visiting our website.  Just choose the "online banking" option to log into your account similar to logging in through your computer and you're ready to go! If you would prefer simple text-based information, we offer SMS messaging  - you must set up by logging into your online banking account and choosing the Mobile tab.
